Do you cover my area?
We survey across the UK, from London and the home counties to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. If you are unsure whether your property is covered, send us the address and we will confirm quickly.
How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to respond within 1 hour during office hours, and as soon as possible outside that window.
What information do you need to give me a price?
Just the property address. The quote takes about two minutes online: we check coverage, confirm the property type and show every suitable survey with its price. Or tell us the address in your message and we will do it for you.
Can I speak to a surveyor directly?
Yes. If your enquiry needs technical guidance, we will make sure you speak with the right person.
What are your opening hours?
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Our phone lines and the voice assistant are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
